This Level 2 course is for those who are new to team leading or looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in a team leading role. The qualification will allow learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of a team leading role, resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification.
Learn how to develop productive working relationships with colleagues, how to communicate effectively and manage conflict and diversity with colleagues in the workplace.
