This 6 day course has been co-designed by Cornwall Marine Network and Job Centre Plus and is specifically aimed at those unemployed customers who are long term unemployed. This Level 1 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing aims to develop an understanding of lifestyle choices and other factors that relate to, and impact on, health and wellbeing. The qualification is intended to enhance the personal growth and employability of learners.
