A&P Falmouth are now recruiting for a Fleet Compliance Manager to be based in their Marine Operations department.
Key responsibilities:
• Carry out internal audits of the fleet reporting both internally and externally
• Carry out Regular safety meetings with the Crews and report any findings
• Assist in ensuring that all vessels comply with Marine/ Class Legislation
• Provide compliance support in any specific project/towage related operation
• Reporting on Vessels safety performance
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous seagoing experience, and minimum of STCW Deck OOW or Higher
• A good understanding of ISM Code/SMS/PMS systems. Marine standards and regulations
• Conversant with and able to write Risk Assessments, Method Statements and SSoW
