Overview

The Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship is the gateway to a dynamic career where creativity meets strategy.

This apprenticeship equips you with the expertise to research, prepare, and develop high-quality written and audio-visual content tailored to various platforms and media. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll learn to capture the essence of a brand and craft messages that resonate with audiences, driving engagement and achieving business objectives. You’ll master the art of delivering content that’s not only creative but also on time, on budget, and compliant with legal and ethical standards.

Spanning over 15 months, the apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in the full content creation process. You’ll gain valuable insights into consumer trends, platform developments, and the ever-evolving landscape of digital media. Plus, this role offers a wealth of career progression opportunities, from becoming a Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing Specialist to advancing into roles like Brand Manager or SEO Specialist.

Occupational profile

To develop and create written and audio visual content that can be used across a variety of platforms and media, including social media, broadcast or in print. Working to a brief, they research, prepare and develop the messaging to maximise audience engagement. Capture the strategy and objectives of the brand and needs of the customer, client or business. Responsible for delivering high quality content on time, and on budget that meets the brief, always aware of legal and regulations.

The apprenticeship will typically take between 15 months to complete.

This apprenticeship standard is at Level 3.

Entry Criteria

We are looking for high quality candidates with good interpersonal skills and preferably Maths and English GCSE/Functional Skills.
