As an apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of this dynamic environment, learning to manage and maintain the intricate operations that keep marinas and boatyards running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of tasks, from handling vessels—such as lifting, launching, and storing boats—to maintaining the safety and functionality of the marina or boatyard. Specialising in areas like retail, fuel management, rigging, or lock and bridge operations, this apprenticeship equips you with a diverse skill set and the foundation for a rewarding career in the marine industry.
