Safety, Health and Environment Technician Level 3

Occupational profile

Support the management and delivery team to advise on the statutory requirements as they affect the company’s operations. Assist in ensuring that the legal and company SHE requirements are implemented, develop, review and check implementation of safe systems of work, deliver training (tool box talks/induction), investigate incidents, analyse data and present findings to the management team.

Duration

The apprenticeship will typically take between 24 months to complete.

Level

This apprenticeship standard is at Level 3.

Entry Criteria

We are looking for high quality candidates with good interpersonal skills and preferably Maths and English GCSE/Functional Skills.

Career progression

On completion, learners will be able to join the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) at TechIOSH Level.
