Landmark film unveiled as the global spotlight falls on Cornwall
On the eve of the G7 conference, Cornwall Marine Network, together with Maritime UK, unveiled a landmark film showcasing the remarkable ongoing achievements of marine businesses in Cornwall, as the global spotlight fell on the region.
Timed to coincide with the arrival of World Leaders and international broadcasters for the G7 summit, the film focuses on the Port of Falmouth as the beating heart of the local marine economy – and home to more than 40% of Cornish maritime businesses.
Cornwall Marine Network is a not-for-profit membership organisation which is jointly owned by 400 unique Cornish marine businesses; CMN’s core mission is to support local businesses to grow and give the Cornish marine sector a collective voice and to help it compete at the highest level.
