CMN Interactive – Members Face 2 Face – Revised Furlough Scheme / Risk Assessments

This week the session will be hosted by Paul Wickes, our CEO alongside Lauren Glindon, Director from Tamar HR who will explain the revisions to the furlough scheme which will be released on Friday this week, but also help discuss some of the people issues employers face when returning to work, such as overcoming fear and resistance.

We welcome Members to get involved and also use this as an opportunity to share any issues and concerns with Paul to help inform the lobbying he is doing for the local marine sector with the Council and nationally to government.
