A Sector-Based Work Academy Programme
A sector-based work academy programme is designed to help people who have been unemployed for up to 12 months. Learning includes the skills needed to prepare for employment in an Administration role including IT packages. In addition you will also learn skills such as Customer Care, working in a team, CV and cover letter writing, interview skills, problem solving, oral presentations, communicating effectively and responsible work practice. At the end of the training, there will be a tour of potential work premises and an interview for a job role. You will gain a certificate in Employment Skills for Administration Work accredited by OCN.
