Overview
Half of the Social Media Conundrum is in knowing what to use and how to use it effectively as well as understanding what it gives you in return in that investment in budget, time and development.
Social Media has opened up communication channels into parts of our community, sector and world we have been unable to reach previously, it has reduced the cost of communication significantly and has rendered some traditional channels almost redundant and irrelevant.
Social Media grows and transforms daily; whether it is the platforms themselves, changing privacy laws/algorithms or us disengaging as we develop our new found cynicism or hatred of having our lives interrupted by unwanted sales messages, the fact is that it is an ever-evolving channel that requires you to know the basics, understand your motivations and maintain consistency.
