Projects partnered on: My School is an Island
Brannel School, located in St Stephen, converted to an academy as part of the Newquay Education Trust (NET) in November 2017. Brannel School took part in the My School is an Island Project, an environmental themed venture aimed to inspire students towards STEM related careers by linking education and industry in real life situations. The project, already successful at a national scale, was brought to Cornwall by Cornwall Marine Network, with support from Seafarers UK and the Engineering Development Trust.
