Propel has teamed up with HR and skills experts TamarHR and the Developing Skills for Business project to offer a free breakfast workshop to explore resilience in human resources and team development for your marine business.
This free breakfast workshop will provide small businesses with tools and methods to build resilience in the management of human resources, as well as guide you through some of the latest skills development funds available to you.
Tamar HR will advise you on how to get the best from your staff, what current regulations need to be considered and how you can build robust teams in uncertain times.
Our Developing Skills for Business Skills Broker will guide you through best practices for upskilling staff, and how planned training can build strong teams, resulting in a strong company.
