For those who are new to providing information, advice and guidance in the workplace. Enhance your communication skills on this two day course which includes learning how to understand your customer, share information effectively and using body language cues and signals.

Duration: 2 Days (1 day a week for 2 weeks)
Location: Locations will be confirmed. Training courses are often delivered at the CMN Maritime Business Centre in Falmouth.
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.

Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
