You will be assigned an assessor who will visit and observe you in the workplace. Learn and evidence the factors that contribute to the effective communication of advice and guidance. Understand and show how to minimise difficulties in communication while delivering advice and guidance to clients.
Location: assessed in the workplace
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
