Suitable for first time mentors, those taking on apprentices or looking to enhance their skills. Find out the skills, behaviours and values required to be an effective mentor. Develop your own mentoring style and learn about the challenges you may face and pitfalls to avoid.
Duration: 1 Day
Location: Locations will be confirmed. Training courses are often delivered at the CMN Maritime Business Centre in Falmouth.
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
