This work-based qualification is aimed at learners in any sector or industry who use IT applications to support customers, people or processes. It could lead to employment as an IT supervisor, IT application officer, website manager or helpdesk support person.
Location: assessed in the workplace
Duration: 12-24 months
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
