This short course is suitable for middle managers who are looking to accredit their current knowledge and develop their understanding of leadership and management.
The content is designed to help you get a solid grounding of what it takes to organise, manage and motivate your teams, be confident about your ability to perform in your role and learn some tools and techniques to develop yourself as a leader.
During the course you will complete two units:
- Principles of Leadership and Management
- Principles of Managing Performance
The course will require you to undertake self-study and written assignments to build your own portfolio of work.
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
