Learn about quality management systems and understand ‘what is quality and what does it mean for your customers and organisation?’ This session includes “quality gurus” and their key messages; the cost of poor quality and key principles of quality management; the process approach and risk based thinking; an introduction to management system standards- ISO9001.
Duration: 1 Day
Location: Locations will be confirmed. Training courses are often delivered at the CMN Maritime Business Centre in Falmouth.
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
