One day a person is ‘one of the team’ and the next day they can be a supervisor of the team. To perform this role effectively and get results through other people, requires a new range of supervisor skills. This course helps participants to make the transition from team member to an efficient and respected supervisor.
Duration: 1 Day
Location: Locations will be confirmed. Training courses are often delivered at the CMN Maritime Business Centre in Falmouth.
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
