Learn what objections actually are, how to identify, handle and develop proactive approaches to objection handling. The session includes opportunities to explore and discuss how objections affect your day to day working life with room to test and try objection handling techniques in a safe environment.
Duration: 1 Day
Location: Locations will be confirmed. Training courses are often delivered at the CMN Maritime Business Centre in Falmouth.
Dates: Course dates are set based on demand and once enquiries are received dates will be confirmed.
Where possible CMN use ESF and Government skills projects to fully or partially fund training. Enquire to see if you are eligible to receive funding support for training courses. Where funding is not available CMN deliver courses on a competitive fee paying basis.
