‘Achieving Excellence’ is a personal development programme for business owners and senior leaders working in a wide range of private, public and voluntary sector organisations.

Delivered across 3 workshops and 1:1 coaching, Achieving Excellence’ is designed to:

• Develop key leadership attributes that will enable high performance by individuals, the teams they lead and the organisation as a whole.
