Once again the session will be hosted by Paul Wickes, our CEO and we welcome Members to get involved and also use this as an opportunity to share any issues and concerns with Paul to help inform the lobbying he is doing for the local marine sector with the Council and nationally to government.

Our next guest speaker will be Lauren Glindon, Director of Tamar HR, CMN’s HR specialist advisor for the last 11 years.

Lauren will discuss and advise member businesses who have or are thinking to furlough their staff, in areas such as record keeping, holidays, restructures or redundancies prior to recovery, training, and with Recovery in mind – transition from furlough to full time working, short-term working options, etc.

All essential topics to ensure you comply with employment legislation.
