This short course is aimed at individuals who are new to project management, it will outline what is takes to be an effective project manager including the key elements of successful project management, key project management techniques and appropriate documentation. Course content includes: project planning – the triangle of objectives, defining project objectives and scope, cost estimation, managing risk, resource management, leading effective teams, managing change, implementing and delivering quality, and lessons learned.
