Learn how to develop productive working relationships with colleagues, how to communicate effectively and manage conflict and diversity with colleagues in the workplace.

There are two options available to participants:

1) Attend the first two dates, completing the unit only for Level 2 Team Leading Responsibilities.

2) Attend all dates and assessment criteria to achieve the full Level 2 certificate in Team Leading Principles qualification.
