Delivering Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to customers and clients is an integral role for many businesses. These accredited courses will support candidates to develop a range of skills to ensure they are delivering an appropriate and meaningful service. Upon completion of the 3 sessions, delegates will have the opportunity to progress onto accredited units that will be assessed in the workplace.
