A&P Falmouth are now recruiting for a Marine Operations Supervisor to be based in their Marine Operations department. Key Responsibilities: • To provide advice and guidance to mariners in relation to both navigation and safety on behalf of FDEC • To work afloat in support of harbour marine operations • Assist with safe and efficient arrival and departure of all vessels to the port • Assist and supervise with afloat emergency response for incidents that occur with FDEC harbour area • Supervise and undertake maintenance and inspections of port aids to navigation and key marine safety equipment • The role will require working evenings, nights and weekend work outdoors. The Ideal Candidate will have: • Previous commercial marine vessel operation experience, working within an ISO accredited safety management system • A positive can do attitude, self-motivation and will be able to work near or on the water.
