Armada engineering are looking to recruit a candidate for the position of Trade counter & Sales Operative to join our busy team based in Falmouth Cornwall. Role The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and experienced team to help provide customer service and support our customer base. The role is suitable for those working currently within sales or in an engineering environment; however, it would also be suitable for those looking to start a new career. Full training will be provided on our service and product range. You will ideally have previous experience in assembling hydraulic hoses, although full training will be provided. You must be hardworking, honest, and reliable with attention to detail.   Responsibilities ·         Hydraulic hose registering, removal, manufacture & installation, workshop based and site. ·         Provide assistance on the trade counter. ·         Engage with customers and identify their requirements. ·         Stock control ·         General engineering/fitting duties ·         Working on Pneumatic systems     Essential Skills ·         Willing to learn & carry out training (on job & formal) ·         Basic understanding of computer systems ·         Good communication skills ·         Good organisation skills ·         Full UK Driving Licence and Passport Hours are 08.00 – 16.30 Monday to Friday with the potential for overtime Very competitive rates of pay dependent on experience 3 month probation
