‘AI in Maritime’ discovery session at Googles offices in London – Invite to Cornwall Marine Network members

Led by the DfT and Google/Ancoris, the day will feed into DfT’s forthcoming transport AI strategy as well as the Maritime Council, Cornwall Marine Network has a few places for our members.

The event will be chaired by John Abel (Technical Director, Office of the CTO at Google)

The day itself is very much one of two halves.  During the morning session we will be sharing experiences of AI integration from other industries. The afternoon session will be an AI ideation session, using your expertise, paired with AI specialists we’ll explore the art of the possible.

You will be grouped within the key five subsectors of Ports, Leisure, Shipping, Professional Services and Engineering to imagine how we can solve some of our industry’s challenges with AI.

The outputs from the workshop can then be shared at the next Maritime Council at the end of November and from that, feed into an AI Task and Finish Group to take the work forward.
