Paul Wickes MBE – London Marathon Challenge
Many of you will be aware that our CEO Paul Wickes will be running the London Marathon on 28th April this year in aid of The Falmouth RNLI Lifeboat Station.
Paul’s challenged himself to raise £4,000 for the Falmouth Lifeboat Station to enable a very deserved upgrade of facilities, and the staff at CMN would like to help him along the way. You are therefore invited to join us for a cup of tea and a slice of cake on Thursday 11th April between 9.30am and 3.30pm. Staff and family members will be baking cakes and savouries for sale throughout the day and it would be great to see you here.
Paul is 58 years old, has mild arthritis in his knees and hasn’t run for 10 years. Paul has never run further than a Half-Marathon which completed in 1984.However, Paul is determined to complete the course!
All proceeds will go directly to the Falmouth RNLI Station.
If you unable to attend the bake sale but would like to donate, you can do so via Paul’s Just Giving Page.
Please forward this message to staff and friends alike. We are grateful for any support for such a worthy cause.
Many thanks
