Good afternoon CMN members,
Life is currently very different for us all right now, as we face unprecedented challenges to not only our heath, but also financially and economically. Our business, like many of your perhaps stopped overnight and it is not currently clear when we will be able to get going again. This leaves us all in a strange position of wondering what to do next; not only to make money but also keep sane. After all, there is only so much DIY around the house that you can do!
For us, this time means continuing to develop professionally and update our skills and knowledge. It is also important to us that we continue to provide a service to our clients, friends and followers and so are running a series of basic safety tips via our social media channels. These are simple tips that the average boat owner can address and consist of a range of items that we regularly come across during surveys. The links to our social channels can be found below, so please follow us for the most up to date information.
We are also happy to address any of your own concerns or questions as best we can, so please feel free to get in touch if we can work with you remotely. For example, now could be the perfect time to review your safety systems and processes, a job which often gets pushed to the bottom of the pile! Much of the review process can be completed remotely so please get in touch if you’d like to discuss how this could work.
Nobody really knows what will happen over the next few weeks and whilst we are keen to get back to work, it is vitally important that we all follow the guidance fully so that we can get through this quickly and more importantly, healthy.
Thank you for your continued support, good luck with everything and we look forward to seeing you on the other side.
Sincerely,
Tom Willis
