Imagine that you had the opportunity to let the Department for Education know exactly the types of training and skills that your business needs, both now and in the future. The chance to say how and where the education sector is getting things right for the area, alongside what needs to be improved, if the requirements of employers are to be met.

Well, by completing the survey at the link below – you’ve got just that opportunity!

Last year, the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Cornwall & Isles of Scilly, was published by the Department for Education, following consultation led by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

This marks a new way of working between local employers and education providers of all types and – crucially – shapes local provision based on local needs.

The skills-related priorities highlighted in the LSIP are being actioned right now. But are they working and having the desired effect? Only employers and business owners like you, can make that call. Which is why the FSB has appointed Habit5 – a research agency accredited as a Company Partner by the Market Research Society – to conduct this survey.

We’re really keen to hear from employers of ALL sizes and sectors, right across Cornwall & Isles of Scilly.

Please click on the link below to complete our survey today and help ensure that the voice from employers in our area is heard by the Department of Education.
