Introduction to Lean – Last chance to access fully funded training!

Learn how to implement lean principles into your organisation. This course helps you to practically apply techniques that cut waste and improve process efficiency. You will discuss how lean roles can be integrated into your organisational structure to reduce error, inventory and production lead time.

• History and philosophy of lean
• The building blocks of the “lean house”
• Understanding the nature of waste
• How lean is your organisation? – simple lean assessment tools and the steps to create a lean action plan
• Making “lean” work– engagement and avoiding “the 8thwaste”
• Implementing improvement – the Team A3 Project method
