Armada Engineering Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant, reporting directly to the Finance Manager and ultimately the Finance Director.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Till reconciliation and posting and control of petty cash
Inward Credit card reconciliation
Outward Credit card control and posting
Collation of employee timesheets, analysis and posting
Control of purchase ledger including PO matching, posting invoices, statement reconciliation and month end procedures, including foreign currency transactions.
Organising mobilisation of Engineers throughout the world, booking flights/accommodation and liaising with foreign Marinas to facilitate access.
Assisting in cost collation for engineering projects, including invoice preparation and distribution
General HR duties including monitoring of training and ensuring company compliance with necessary requirements
General assistance in the running of a busy Engineering office
There is also potential to also work at our Spanish Office in Barcelona carrying out similar duties.
Starting salary circa £23000pa dependent on experience/qualification
Permanent contract
40 hrs per week 08.30 – 16.30
3 month probation
