Fast Track Level 1 & Level 2 Customer Service (face-2-face)

This 2 day course is for anyone who is new to the customer service sector. This course is suitable for all industries where customer service is a requirement; the qualifications cover the principles of customer service including;
- How to meet customers’ expectations
- The importance of appropriate behaviour
- Communication techniques
- How to deal with challenging situations.
Completion of an assessment task booklet and online multiple choice test is required for accreditation.
After completing the course you have a chance to attend an interview at Redruth Job Centre on 23rd February 2022,
This course is face-2-face.
