New support for marine businesses seeking to develop skills programmes addressing new and emerging skills needs

CMN has successfully secured new project funds to deliver Skills Lab, a programme focused on promoting improvements to the labour market skills provision through active engagement with employers.

Marine businesses will be supported to co-design and develop skills programmes to address their skills needs, with a particular focus on green and future skills.

A voucher scheme will give employers access to financial incentives to remove barriers to engagement, allowing small business owners to invest time and expertise in developing skills and training solutions that work for their business.
